EventoNoble processes the data you provide on this site and on WhatsApp to answer your requests, prepare proposals and deliver contracted services, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. The Spanish version prevails.
Purposes
- Answering quote requests and preparing proposals.
- Signing and performing event contracts.
- Sharing strictly necessary information with the vendors involved in your event.
- Sending information about EventoNoble and its sister companies when you have authorized it.
Your rights
- Access, update and correct your data.
- Request proof of your authorization.
- Revoke the authorization or request deletion when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep the data.
- File complaints with Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
How to exercise them
Write to us through the contact form or the email shown in the site footer. Queries are answered within ten business days and claims within fifteen business days.
