The questions companies and couples ask most before planning an event in Cartagena: costs, lead times, permits, payments, vendors and weather.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a corporate event in Cartagena cost?
It depends on group size, number of days, hotel and venue. Every EventoNoble proposal states the total price in writing, with what is and is not included, before you sign.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 3 to 4 months for meetings and retreats of up to 50 people, 5 to 8 months for incentives and mid-size conventions, and 9 to 12 months for groups over 300 in high season (November to April).
Does EventoNoble meet corporate procurement requirements?
Yes. We provide a contract, invoices, a payment schedule, liability insurance, vendor social-security records and a final event report with expense reconciliation.
Who handles the permits?
We do. We file with the city’s Secretariat of the Interior and obtain the approvals each event needs, including public space, heritage, fire department, traffic or the Harbor Master for events on the water.
What if it rains?
Every outdoor event has a covered space on hold. If an authority cancels for weather or safety, we reschedule at no cost.
Can I book just one vendor from the catalog?
Yes. Check availability from the listing and we will connect you.
